What is the ANGEL program?

The Philly Pug & Short Nose Rescue’s Angel program has been created to provide continued financial and emotional support to those in our rescue who will be in our forever foster homes because of their medical circumstances. The funds donated to this program will only be used for these amazing dogs.  We will have many ways that you can get involved. Fundraisers, Raffles, Amazon Wish List and more.
